Wake Built Co. was founded on grit, discipline, and a lifelong foundation in the trades.
Co-founders Julian Verdin and Nate began working in construction while still in high school, where they developed a deep respect for craftsmanship, accountability, and hard work. Shortly after graduation, Julian enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where he sharpened the discipline, leadership, and mission-focused mindset that now defines Wake Built Co.’s approach to every project.
After completing his military service, Julian entered the service industry before launching his own electrical company. He later expanded into residential remodels and new home construction, earning a reputation for precision, reliability, and high-level execution.
Nate followed a similar entrepreneurial path. With extensive experience in service and remodeling, he went on to establish a luxury spec home building business in Arcadia, delivering high-end residential projects with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
In 2024, Julian and Nate joined forces to create Wake Built Co. — combining decades of hands-on experience, field leadership, and luxury construction expertise. Today, Wake Built Co. stands apart in Arizona’s high-end residential market by delivering superior quality, transparency, and personalized service on every project.
